Additional Notes |
|
These ranges only apply to weapons using a 3.4x telescopic mount, (standard in most cases). Otherwise treat as M16A2. |
The C7A1 is an improved version of the C7, a rifle based on the M16A2 and designed for the Canadian forces. The C7A1 substitutes the carrying handle for an optical sight mounting rail. A fully capable back-up iron sight can also be mounted. Unlike the M16A2, the C7s are capable of fully automatic fire, but are otherwise similar. They supplement the standard C7 in the inventories of Canada, Denmark, and the Netherlands.
